Panther for Canva
Privacy policy
Last updated 21 October 2026
Panther is a real-estate investment analysis platform operated by RcrutAI (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use Panther at panther.rcrut-ai.com, including the Panther for Canva integration, why we collect it, and who processes it for us.
What we collect
- When you request access: your name, company, email address, phone number, message, and the IP address the request came from.
- Your account: your name, email address and phone number, and your password, which we store only as a salted one-way hash, never as the password itself.
- Account security records: each account is locked to the network (IP address) it first signed in from and to one browser, which we recognise by a one-way hash of an identifier your browser creates. We record when you sign in and from which IP address.
- Use records: while you are signed in, we record when you open and close Panther, the pages and project tabs you move between and when, the times Panther’s tab is hidden behind another tab or app, and the times it stays on screen with nothing clicked, typed, scrolled or touched for two minutes. We also record what you do in it: creating, editing or deleting a project (by the names of the fields you change, never their values), asking a project’s assistant a question (that you asked, not what), changing the Reporting Panel or the Watchlist, downloading or printing, and any error Panther shows you. With these we record your IP address and your device and browser type. If you press a screenshot key or shortcut while signed in, we record the time, page, IP address, device and browser, and Panther tells you that it has done so.
- Your work: the projects you create and what you enter in them, the items you send to a project’s Reporting Panel, the logos you upload, and the questions you ask Panther’s assistant.
The Panther for Canva integration
Connecting Canva is optional. When you choose Connect Canva, you sign in on Canva’s own page. Panther never sees your Canva password. Canva then gives Panther an access key for your Canva account, limited to one permission: creating designs.
- We store that key encrypted, and use it only when you click Open in Canva.
- When you do, Panther sends the presentation you asked for to Canva: the charts, tables, figures, notes and logo in that project’s Reporting Panel. Canva turns it into a design in your Canva account, where Canva’s own privacy policy applies.
- We keep the link to the design Canva created, so the project can show where it was sent.
- Panther does not read, list, change or delete any of your other Canva designs, and it receives nothing else from your Canva account.
- When you choose Disconnect, we delete the key and ask Canva to revoke it.
How we use it
- To run Panther and the analysis, presentations and exports you ask for.
- To keep accounts secure and stop accounts, data or reports being shared without permission.
- To answer access requests and support questions.
- To see how each account uses Panther and where it runs into errors, so we can fix and improve it.
We do not sell personal information, and Panther carries no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Who processes it for us
- Railway hosts Panther’s application and database.
- AI model providers: parts of Panther’s analysis and drafted text are written by third-party AI models (such as DeepSeek, OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic, depending on our configuration). The project details, market figures and questions needed for each answer are sent to the provider to produce it.
- Microsoft 365 delivers access requests to our team mailbox.
- Canva, only if you connect it, as described above.
- OpenStreetMap and Esri (ArcGIS): when you view a map, your browser loads the map and satellite images from their servers, which receive your IP address.
These providers may process data in countries other than yours.
What your browser stores
Your browser keeps your sign-in session, the browser identifier described above and your display preferences, such as light or dark mode. Panther uses no advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
- Account, security and use records: while your account exists, and as long as security requires after that.
- Projects and Reporting Panels: until you delete them. Deleting a project deletes its Reporting Panel.
- Canva access keys: until you disconnect Canva, or Canva stops accepting them.
- Access requests: as long as we need them to handle the request.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, or to delete it and your account. Email contact@rcrutai-mena.com from the address on your account.
Security
Panther is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, Canva keys are encrypted, and every account is locked to its network and browser. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect your account has been used by someone else, tell us straight away.
Children
Panther is a professional tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update it on this page and change the date at the top.
