Panther for Canva
Terms of use
Last updated 27 September 2026
These terms apply to Panther, the real-estate investment analysis platform at panther.rcrut-ai.com, and to the Panther for Canva integration. Panther is operated by RcrutAI (“we”). By using Panther you agree to them.
1. The service
Panther helps professionals evaluate land and real-estate development opportunities: market data, product mix, pricing, feasibility, and the reports and presentations built from them. Access is by approved account only, and we may change, add or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- Each account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- Accounts are locked to the network and browser they are first used from. If yours changes, contact us.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
3. Not investment advice
Panther’s figures, estimates, models and drafted text, including text written by AI models, are analysis to support your own judgement. They can be incomplete or wrong, and market data changes. They are not investment, financial, legal or valuation advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome. Check anything you rely on, and make your own decisions.
4. Using Panther properly
You may share the reports and presentations you make with Panther with your clients and colleagues in the normal course of your business. You may not:
- copy, scrape, resell or publish Panther’s underlying market data as a dataset;
- share your account, or let anyone else use it;
- get around Panther’s security or access limits, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer it;
- use Panther for anything unlawful.
5. Your content
What you enter and upload stays yours: project details, notes, logos. You allow us to store and process it to run Panther for you, including sending it to the service providers named in our privacy policy. You confirm you have the right to upload it.
6. Panther for Canva
- The Canva integration is optional and needs your own Canva account. Your use of Canva is governed by Canva’s terms of use.
- Open in Canva sends a copy of your presentation to your Canva account. Changes you make in Canva do not come back to Panther.
- Panther for Canva is an independent integration built by RcrutAI. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Canva, and we are not responsible for Canva’s service or its availability.
7. Availability
We work to keep Panther running, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control, and some features are marked beta. Panther is provided “as is”.
8. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Panther at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts Panther or its users at risk.
9. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for investment or business decisions made using Panther, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us for Panther in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which RcrutAI is registered, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use Panther after a change means you accept the new terms.
